Promotion Rules and Regulations

1. HOW TO PLAY. No purchase necessary. Register by emailing a photo of your ugly kitchen to and including full legal name and phone number. All entrants must be 18 years of age or older and must be a legal resident of Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach county.

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Promotion starts on January 6, 2022 at 12:00 AM and ends on January 23, 2022 at 11:59 PM. On or about January 23, 2022 WSVN will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize winner. Winners will be notified by telephone on or about January 24, 2022. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. If an entrant is selected as a winner and cannot be reached by telephone after seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, that entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner shall be selected at random from the remaining entries until an eligible winner is selected and notified.

PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) awarded.
The Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive:
$5000 in store credit from BrandsMart USA to be used exclusively on Frigidaire and/or Electrolux kitchen appliances. The Grand Prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2022.
The Grand Prize winner also authorizes use of before and after photos of their Ugly Kitchen entry for potential future use by BrandsMart USA and/or WSVN TV.

The Grand Prize has an approximate Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).

Some restrictions may apply. All elements of the prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Winner must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and muse be a legal resident in Monroe, Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach county.

Prize is non-transferable and have no cash value. Any difference between stated FMV and final FMV of prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses are included in the prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

BrandsMart USA is a prize supplier only in this promotion, is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of entries, or the selection of any winner. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Brandsmart USA arising out of or relating to any person’s use of or participation in any prize provided by Brandsmart USA shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Miami Dade County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.

3. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS: Entrants agree WSVN has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this promotion and that its decision is final and binding. Winner, by acceptance of his/her prize, agreesto release, indemnify and hold harmless WSVN, Brandsmart USA and each of their employees, representatives, contractors, and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of their prize. WSVN and BrandsMart USA are not responsible for personal injury of any prize winner incurred in connection with the use of their prize. Winner is required to provide acceptable proof of identity, and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receiving his/her prize. Winner assumes all applicable tax liability for prize and will be required to submit a completed W9 form (available at prior to receiving prize. If there is any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention or any other causes beyond WSVN, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the promotion, WSVN reserves the right to terminate or suspend the promotion and select an alternative winner from entries received up to the time of such termination or suspension.

4. ELIGIBILITY. Participants and winner must be U.S. residents at least 18-years old. Employees and members of their immediate households, of WSVN and its advertising or promotion agencies, prize providers, participating retailers or any other companies engaged in the development, production distribution of contest materials are not eligible.
